Wedding of Stephanie & Wade – 6th May
Stephanie and Wade

Sunday the 6th of May was an amazing day. The weather was perfect for the beautiful wedding of Stephanie & Wade at the Sheraton Mirage.

We provided the ceremony sound at the South Island area, where we had our sound system nicely hidden from view …  (see if you can spot it in this picture).  Steph walked down the aisle to an instrumental rendition of “Bittersweet Symphony” by The Verve. You could feel the sense of wonder that swept over the guests as they saw her arrive. She was breathtakingly beautiful.Ceremony Sound

The couple chose to have “Say You Won’t Let Go” by James Arthur and “Teneriffe Sea” by Ed Sheeran as their signing of the registry songs. After celebrant Bree Nichols announced them as husband and wife, they walked back down the aisle together to “Paradise” by Coldplay to an enormous round of applause and cheering from their guests.

Whilst the photographer (Tom Hall) whisked the couple away for some photos, we set up and performed live music in the Pearls Bar. Keeping guests entertained with some soft acoustic guitar and vocals to set the mood over their canapes and drinks.

It was then time to move into the Horizons room for the reception. The room looked amazing and their inclusion of an animated monogram light on the dance floor looked amazing. When they came into the room, the bridal party entered to “Feel It Coming” by The Weeknd and Wade and Stephanie entered to a huge applause whilst we pumped out “Sky Full of Stars” by Coldplay.

The first dance of the night, Stephanie shared with her father to the song “Isn’t She Lovely” by Stevie Wonder.  Then it was time for the Wade to take Stephanie for their first ever dance as husband and wife. They danced to “Won’t Let You Go” by James Morrison and we filled the dance floor with the dancing on the cloud effect which looked amazing.  (We can’t wait to see the official photographers photos!)

After this, the dance floor was open for everyone to join in to have a great time.Dance floor Sheraton

Stephanie & Wade finished the night as they danced together to “Come Away With Me” by Norah Jones. This was a fantastic and memorable way to end the night just before we had everyone form a guard of honour as they ran out to “Marry You” by Bruno Mars.
