Wedding of Brianna & Charles – Cowbell Creek
Cowbell Creek - Welcome Sign

We were honoured to have been the entertainment for the wedding of Brianna & Charles at the amazing Cowbell Creek on the 4th of May, 2018.
The venue was the perfect match to the music this awesome couple liked to listen to.

The weather was pristine. The sky was blue and beautiful with fluffy white clouds and the grass was a lush green. The temperature was just right.
Not to hot nor cold. A truly perfect day.

Cowbell Creek - 4 May

Brianna walked down the aisle to “The Wedding Song” by Angus & Julia Stone.
They chose their signing songs as “Everything” by Lifehouse and “Skinny Love” by Bon Iver
Walking back up the aisle as husband and wife they chose “Sky Full Of Stars” by Coldplay

Ceremony - Cowbell Creek

After the beautiful ceremony by Sally Corfield, the couple were whisked away by the talented Graham Murray for some photos of the two of them in the lush, picturesque surroundings. Whilst they were away, the couple chose the option of having us provide live acoustic music entertainment. Guests mixed and mingled whilst enjoying the acoustic music and a few drinks and very tasty nibbles served by the always amazing VGC Catering.

The room inside was ready for guests to arrive and the inclusion of our uplighting around the room really gave it a pop that brought it to life.

Cowbell Creek - Room with Uplighting

As usual, our DJ set-up aims for an elegant “less is more” approach. Opting for elegance over racks of lights and tons of speakers and unnecessary equipment.

Cowbell Creek DJ Setup

The room was set and looking amazing. It was time for the guests to be seated and then our job as the Master of Ceremonies to introduce ourselves, then introduce the bridal party and of course the bride and groom who entered the room to “Hey Ya” by Outkast.  It was great to see Charles and Brianna coming in with their two little ones as a family. (It was great to later in the evening entertain the kids with a few magic tricks. They were convinced I could even fly!).

Cake Cutting - Cowbell Creek

Charles and Brianna cut their cake to “I Will Wait” by Mumford & Sons with the help of the little ones.

Shortly after the cake cutting, it was time for them to take to the dance floor for their first dance as husband and wife … they chose a beautiful song called “You’re the reason I come home” by Ron Pope.
After their dance, it was open for everyone to join in and have a great time …

Thanks Brianna & Charles for allowing us to be a part of your special day.
