The Wedding of Bec & Nick – 7 January 2017

We were honoured to be chosen to provide the entertainment for this wonderful couple at An Island Hideaway on the 7th of January. Whilst the day was definitely hot, everyone had a great time and relaxed, danced and enjoyed the lush tropical surroundings of this spectacular venue.

It was great to not only be the DJ, but to also to have me providing our live music option over the canapes and dinner section of their day. I love playing the guitar and singing!

The couple chose to have their ceremony on the beach and the celebrant was the always amazing Tarnya Bennett from I Do For You. After their beach ceremony, Bec & Nick made their way up to the bali hut area for the signing of the registry, which is when we started providing our music which continued on right through until the end of the night, which ended with a bang! Fireworks!

Here are the songs that the couple chose of their special moments –

Signing of the Registry – The Ocean by Mike Perry / Still Falling For You by Ellie Goulding
Bridal Party Entry – Happy by Pharrell Williams
Bride & Groom Entry – Can’t Stop The Feeling by Justin Timberlake
Cake Cutting – When You Say Nothing At All by Ronan Keating
Father Daughter Dance – I Loved Her First by Heartland
Bridal Dance – A Thousand Years by Christina Perry
Bouquet Toss – Run The World (Girls) by Beyonce
Garter Removal – Sexy And I Know It by LMFAO

We also did a really fun mannequin challenge which you can see on our Facebook page for this event. It worked really well!
