We are so happy with the results of the 21st annual Australian Bridal Industry Awards which was held at Victoria Park golf complex on Tuesday the 25th of June.
We came a close 2nd in the state of Queensland for professional Wedding Master of Ceremonies with a rating of 99.79%.
A huge thanks to all the amazing couples that voted for us and trusted us to be their master of ceremonies for their wedding day.
The awards night was fantastic and always gives us a great opportunity to network with fellow wedding industry suppliers and enjoy a night out to celebrate our achievements for the year.
It’s not about winning awards for us. Winning an award is nice of course, but what is truly the wonderful thing about this awards process is the great opportunity to monitor our progress year by year.
We can see this year we scored 99.79% and can analyse this even further by looking at all the scores collected (without the couples names, wedding dates as this is kept private) and look at where we can improve even further next year.
The real winners in this process are the future couples that will be experiencing an even more improved service as we fine tune and aim for a higher perfection rating next year.
Our wedding master of ceremonies service is something we are very proud of and always strongly recommend to couples to allow us to be the MC and not a family member or friend.
Often we will be employed for our wedding DJ service only and frequently hear one of the wedding couple thank the family member or friend for taking the role of the MC and comment what a great job they have been doing. The painful part for me is that I know that they think the person has done a great job, but they fail to realise just how much better it COULD have been.
Please, understand that there is a lot of effort and training required to truly be a wedding master of ceremonies. This is so much more than just being a good speaker.
