Why can choosing the right wedding entertainment solution for your special day be so difficult?
It can be so confusing when you are at the stage of getting quotes from various entertainment providers.
Some will be a few hundred dollars, whilst others might be a few thousand. So what is the difference?
Can you safely assume that the most expensive ones must be better? Not necessarily. Price does not
always represent a better service. You could strike it lucky and get a very inexpensive entertainment
provider that does an amazing job. Equally you could spend way too much on a provider that does a mediocre
job who is simply overcharging
So if pricing is not an indication or guarantee of quality, what SHOULD you be looking for when it comes to wedding entertainment solution?
The single best thing to look for is reputation. In today’s world it is so easy to find the good, the bad
and the ugly being said about any company. Simply use Google and type in the name of the company you are
researching along with the word “reviews”. What if you can’t find any reviews? This could be a warning bell.
The lack of reviews could mean that the company is so new they haven’t received any reviews yet (which might
not be a problem, but they may lack the experience you want for your wedding).
Finding a company that has a lot of positive reviews left by past clients is a much better guidance to base
your decision on than price. Whilst it is generally a rule of thumb that “good entertainment is not cheap and
cheap entertainment is not good”, also combining this with the actual reviews from past clients puts the power
in your court.
